Free Shipping Policy
We appreciate your business and are pleased to offer FREE, fully insured, express shipping with your purchase.
Eligibility
- Our Free Shipping Policy applies to all domestic and international orders.
- We recommend that you check with local tax officials regarding any import duties and/or VAT required to pay in your location. IBD Fancy Colors will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s place of residence.
- We are not responsible in the event that a shipment is held with a carrier or by customs. If fees are applied, the customer will be held responsible to pay the charge in order to have the shipment released. If for any reasons the shipment must be returned back to our office, the customer will be held liable for the cost of the shipment.
- Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. A proper full name, telephone, and ship-to address is required for all orders.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, subject to item availability, via overnight delivery (for domestic orders) and require a direct signature.
- Customized orders are expected to ship within 14 days of placing your order. If you need it sooner, contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs. In some instances, delivery times can take longer, but we will provide you with a firm delivery date when we confirm your order details with you.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of payment in full to schedule your delivery.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic orders valued up to $60,000 USD are typically shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight; a direct signature is required.
- International orders, or orders valued above $60,000 USD, are shipped via armored courier, such as Malca-Amit or Brinks.
- Tracking information will be provided for all orders to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Insurance
- We offer secure and fully insured shipping methods to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
- We require a signature upon delivery for all orders, regardless of order value. This ensures your order reaches you safely and securely.
- Shipping insurance covers liability for any loss or damage while in transit. However, we are no longer responsible for the order once the package has been delivered and signed for.
- To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we reserve the right to only ship directly to the billing address associated with the purchase, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- It is crucial that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
