Eligibility:

• You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn, used or sized condition along with any corresponding certificates, and packaging intact.
• Returned items will be inspected prior to issuing any refund to ensure that it matches product data records. 
• Customized, personalized, or special order items are not eligible for return. 

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your order.
• For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct a small shipping fee from the refund amount. 
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at (800) 411-0951 to request a Return Authorization, as well as any special shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
